Dispatch Service Policies

1. Non-Forced Dispatch

We never force loads. YOU choose what you run.                                                                                  

2. Weekly Fee

Our dispatching service is $180/week.
New carriers receive $50 OFF their first week.                                                                                       

3. Payment Responsibility

Carriers are responsible for:

• Fuel
• Tolls
• Factoring fees
• Insurance
• Driver-related expenses

4. Factoring  

We assist with submitting invoices and PODs.
If you do not use factoring, you must notify us.                                                                                                                                                                          

5. Rate Confirmations

All rate confirmations must be signed by the carrier.
LoadMate Logistics does not sign on behalf of carriers.                                                                         

6. Communication 

Carriers must maintain open communication while active.

Missed calls/texts may delay booking loads.                                                                                                                                                                                    

7. Onboarding Requirements

You must have:

• Active Authority
• Insurance
• W9
• Direct Deposit/Factoring information
• Completed onboarding packet.                                                                                                      

8. No Truck? No Dispatch.

If your unit is down, inform us so we can pause services.                                                                     

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel at any time.

However, all active loads must be completed.
